  • Need to borrow a porter cable please!

I will be tackling paint correction on my car this weekend with the help of Junior from Jrods Speed Shop. I have a porter cable myself but am curious as to if there are any generous members that would allow me to use their porter cable? Would be great to have two so that we can finish the paint correction a lot faster.

    Thanks H-Town peeps!

In the interest of gaining more car knowledge I'll bite, what's a Porter Cable and it's relation to auto detailing. Google lists it as a power tool and compressor company. Blowing your engine bay? My body shop used air air compressor with a 2000+ grit sander to correct the body before painting.

This is what we are referring to: http://www.autogeek.net/dual-action-polishers.html
It is an orbital polisher. Much more noob-friendly than a traditional rotary polisher. For very deep scratches, a rotary polisher may be needed, but a noob can burn through paint quick with one.

New? Or refurbished? I have seen refurbished pretty cheap.

Thanks. I thought you were saying it was a PC for that price.
